Yes. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for your trip to Nepal. Your insurance should cover trekking activities and, where relevant, high-altitude trekking, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and interruption. Travel insurance is not included in the trek cost on the current J One package example.
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the trip, booking date, and services already reserved. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your trip, and our team will explain the applicable terms.
Yes. We can arrange airport transfers, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, trekking, tours, and other travel services according to your itinerary. Our goal is to make your trip as smooth and comfortable as possible from arrival in Nepal until departure. J One’s current packages, for example, include airport transfers, Kathmandu accommodation, transportation and guided sightseeing depending on the itinerary.
